Imagine: Our messages will make their way to the Anna Lindh Forum in Marseille!
This is a meeting of more than 1000 important politicians, decision makers, experts of the whole EUROMED region. EUROMED? That’s the region of Europe and the Mediterranean, including North Africa and Middle East. EUROMED all together is almost 1 000.000.000 people!!!!
So, it is quite exciting to be present there with our messages. Here is how:
Tom, Radijojo’s Editor in Chief, is one of the speakers at the Forum. He invited us to use him as our “postman”. So we had an intense brainstorming session in our school and came up with many, many good ideas about how we can create a good future – for us and the whole world:
- A better environment
- Fulfillment of the Children’s Rights
- Peace
- Communication with other children around the world
and much more. Here are our ideas as audio – please have a listen!
PS: We presented our ideas as a speakers’ corner session: We stood on a chair and shared it with the audience (our peers in this case). This is how they have been doing it in London’s Hyde Park for ages – on “Speakers’ corner”.
And now, we have the one and only speakers corner in the whole valley.
